Tough As A Rock..

Franklin “Frank” Rock was a Pennsylvania steel mill worker when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor.  Immediately enlisting, Frank was promoted swiftly due to competency and the deaths of his superiors.  Frank essentially landed the rank of Sergeant which he held throughout World War II.

Sgt. Rock belongs to Easy Company and is the most frequent field leader of this platoon of soldiers.  While Rock would be given orders by other military personnel above him, the men in Easy took their orders from Rock and typically no one else.

Sgt. Rock and Easy Company spent their careers battling in the European theatre of World War II, assisting the other allies such as Haunted Tank, Gravedigger, Unknown Soldier, and the Blackhawks.  However, it was Sgt. Rock’s relationship with the French freedom fighter Mademoiselle Marie that may bear the greatest interest as the two had a romantic entanglement during the small moments when the guns were quiet.  Whether there were any children from Sgt. Rock and Mme. Marie is a question best left for another time.

Legend has it that Sgt. Rock was killed by the last bullet fired in the European theater of war and that he would never come home.  Though there is some mystery around him and his legacy as others have posed as Sgt. Rock in the future.

Leadership – Sgt. Rock is a natural leader and has a certain.. disregard for the rules when it serves the greater good.  The men of Easy Company respect him and follow his lead without hesitation.

Marksman – Sgt. Rock is a crack shot with most standard army issue weaponry.

Martial Artist – Sgt. Rock is a very adept hand-to-hand combatant.

Military Science – Sgt. Rock has been trained thoroughly by the US Army and has picked up the rest of what he needed along the way.

Vehicles - Sgt. Rock knows how to handle most military vehicles and can repair one in a pinch.

Weaponry - Sgt. Rock has a basic knowledge of most modern warfare weapons.
