Long Live the Legion!!!

In the 30th Century, a young man named Rokk Krinn left his home world of BraalThe home planet of the Legion €™s Cosmic Boy. All the inhabitants have magnetic powers. to seek out his fortune as a Magno Ball player, on his way he met another young man named Garth Ranzz from the planet WinathThe agrarian commune planet in the 30th century where most people are born as part of a twin pair. Solo birthed children are shunned and outcasts. This is the planet that Lightning Lad and Lightning Lass of the LSHAn abbreviation for Legion of Super-Heroes. calls home. who was on a quest to find his missing big brother, Mekt. The two became fast friends and noted two new passengers getting on their shuttle, the first was Imra Ardeen, a beautiful blonde telepath and Rene Jacques Brande, the richest man in the known universe.
When their shuttle landed on Earth, as the group began to disembark Imra began to pick up surface thoughts of a plan of an assassination and had just enough time to shout a warning out that someone was trying to kill Mr. Brande as projectiles rang out. Rokk used his native magnetic abilities to stop the projectiles while Garth used his amazing electrical powersThe extraordinary abilities that a characterAny sentient entity that appears in a comic book. (Example: Superman, Lois Lane, Lex Luthor, and Krypto the Super Dog are all characters that appear in Superman comics). may possess. (Example: Aquaman can telepathically control marine life as one of his powers.) to disarm and disable the two assassins.
Mr. Brande was very thankful to the youths for saving him and decided to hire all three of them and employ them as a peace keeping force for the new fledgling United PlanetsThe confederation of planets in the 30th Century that makes up a series of cooperative planets that self govern, similar to the United States.. Rokk, a fan of 20th Century history, remembered the legend of Superboy, and suggested that they model their group after his legend. Taking the code names of Cosmic Boy, Lightning Lad, and Saturn Girl the three became the founders of the Legion of Super-HeroesA group of intergalactic teenagers that have bonded together to defend the 30th century universe from evil. They recruited Superboy in their earliest adventures..
The Legion would grow and include new members, including Superboy and Supergirl themselves, and a host of allies from all over space. They are constantly called upon to fight the tyranny of those who would rule others less powerful or to combat the powerful forces of xenophobia.
