The Caring Brother…

Jacques Foccart of Earth is the older brother of Danielle Foccart who suffers from a rare electrical disorder of the brain. His last hope on Earth was a cure that was offered by Legionnaire Brainiac Five. Brainiac Five theorized that he could perform a procedure on Danielle that would stop the electrical disruption, instead his villainous creation C.O.M.P.U.T.O. was unleashed and possessed Danielle.
After C.O.M.P.U.T.O. rendered both Dream Girl and Mon-El helpless, he concentrated his anger on the rest of the Legion, commanding the headquartersThe location of where a single costumed character or a team of costumed characters meet, plan courses or actions, or even live. The JLAAn abbreviation of Justice League of America Satellite, the Batcave, and the Fortress of Solitude are all examples of Headquarters. to attack the Legionnaires while C.O.M.P.U.T.O. toyed with Brainiac Five, Brainy set about plotting on how to defeat his creation, a solution which required the assistance of Jacques.
Under the direction of Brainiac Five, Jacques found and drank the experimental elixir that gave Lyle Norg, the original Invisible Kid, his powersThe extraordinary abilities that a characterAny sentient entity that appears in a comic book. Jacques was able to get a hypno disc on his sister and C.O.M.P.U.T.O. fell asleep.
Jacques was admitted shortly thereafter by the Legion membership.
