Miss America – Can transmute elements with gifts imbued to her by the Statue of Liberty.

Neon the Unknown – Could fly and shoot energy beams from his hands.

Phantom Lady – The seductive siren who is adept at tricking her prey.

Plastic Man – The stretchable taunter who repented after a life of crime.
