Frances Kane is a childhood friend of Wally West, otherwise known as Kid Flash, which brought the New Teen TitansA group of young heroes, typically teenage sidekicks, that have banded together to fight crime and serve as a familyMeant to denote a group of characters that are all interrelated or share the same origins, methodology, or powers. Frances’ mother, a religious fanatic, assumed her daughter was evil and began to shun Frances. Desperate for an explanation as to what was happening, Frances contacted Wally and he witnessed what was happening.
