Fast Metabolism - Flash’s metabolism runs very quick which helps him to heal from injuries quicker than normal.
Intangibility - Controlling his molecules, Barry can pass through solid objects.
Molecular Control - The ability to control one’s own molecules. Barry can speed up or slow down his molecules. He can do a lot of different things with this power which people think of as individual powers, but really, it all comes down to his molecular control ability.
Run on Walls- Barry can run up a vertical surface, typically the outside of a building, before gravity has a chance to take effect.
Super-Speed - Barry is the Fastest Man Alive.. literally. In races between him and Superman, it has almost always been extremely close, and even that has been suggested because Barry is too nice to rub Superman’s face in how fast he really is.
Walk on Water - Barry can run so fast that he can cross an ocean before he has time to sink.
Vulnerabilities
Normal Human - Aside from his speed, Barry is a normal human and vulnerable to all the same things that can affect you or I.
Speed - The downside of having super speed is that you sometimes can react too quickly without a full assessment of what is occurring.

Barry Allen is one of Central City’s finest police forensic scientists. He is also habitually late. A true Midwestern man with a bit of a throwback wardrobe (hmmm bowties) and a very patient, by necessity, girlfriend/fiancee Iris West, Barry seems to have it all and is quite content in his life.
One night while staying late catching up on some work Barry was holding some chemicals in his hand as a storm raged outside. Barry turned to face the row of chemicals on the wall as lightning came through the window and electrified the chemicals on the wall, the ones in his hand, and Barry himself.
He woke up later, having been bathed in electrified chemicals he found himself with the ability to move at insanely super-human speeds. Barry was able to use his scientific know how to create a costume that would fit inside a ring that he wears allowing his changes from civilian to hero to take place in the blink of an eye.
Barry is frequently the charter Justice Leaguer who is named responsible for suggesting the group in the first place after their adventure with the Appellaxian aliens.
Flash stayed in Central City for quite a while and became the hero of the city while his rogues became equally as infamous. Flash’s life turned dark when one of his villains managed to kill his new wife Iris Allen. Flash suffered another defeat when he was placed on trial for the murder of the villain who had killed Iris. Flash was acquitted and discovered that Iris was still alive and living in the 30th Century. Barry left the 20th Century and went off with Iris to live happily ever after. For a while.
