Half-Man/Half-Machine…

Victor Stone is the son of Silas and Elinore Stone.  Raised by two parents who were both scientists at S.T.A.R. Labs, Victor’s education was their primary concern and so they used their son for some benign, and not so benign, experiments to improve his natural intellect, so he did what teenagers do and rebelled and devoted an equal amount of time to athletics become a football and track star.  In addition to all these pressures, Vic had to deal with a best friend who was entering a gang.

Victor could manage all these pressures, then one day his world fell apart.  He visited his parents and opened their lab door to see a horrific alien monster slime kill his mother and then come after Vic.   Silas Stone managed to teleport the creature away but the damage had been done and Vic was critically injured.  Mustering what resources he could, Silas built Vic a metallic suit which was grafted onto Vic’s remaining body parts.

After Vic recovered from months of painful therapy he discovered his new body branded him as an outcast from his class mates, his girlfriend Marcy, and due to his many advantages now he was barred from competing in athletics and his hopes of making college and pro ball were dashed.

Bitter at his mother’s death and his transformation, Vic alienated his father and faced an uncertain future.  It was then that the Titan Raven appeared to him and bid him join the Titans where he would find purpose and friends.  Vic joined the team and served admirably in its membership forging a very close friendship with Changeling.

Silas sought to make amends for the recent losses in Vic’s life, so he built Titans Tower for the new Titans.  This allowed Vic and Silas to reconcile shortly before Silas succumbed to cancer.

Powers

Vic is a normal human and possesses no powers as they are all derived from his cybernetic armor.

Vulnerabilities

Vic’s robotic body provides some natural armor against attacks, so an opponent is going to have to get Vic with an area effect or a precise attack.

Skills

Cybernetics – Having access to his father’s files, Vic is an expert on cybernetic systems and can make educated guesses regarding robots, androids, and other forms of artificial life.

Street Smarts – Vic spent most of his life hanging with gangs of kids, he has some innate instincts regarding how gangs operate.

Equipment

Cybernetic Body - Vic’s cybernetic body is the source of most of his powers.  This enables him the following abilities.

• Body Armor – Vic’s armored parts provide a natural protection from most attacks.
• Computer Communication – Vic can plug into any computer system and read files
• Enhanced Strength – Vic’s natural athletic gifts are augmented by the suit.  His strength is on par with his teammate Wonder Girl.
• Infra-Red Vision – Vic’s robotic eye can see in the infra-red spectrum to detect heat signatures.
• Laser Finger – Vic’s finger has a small laser in it for delicate tasks.
• Leaping – Enhancing Vic’s hurdling from his track days, Vic can leap great bounds.
• Multiple Gadgets – Vic has the ability to upgrade his weapons and armor as needed.
• White Sound Disruptor – This sonic weapon sends out debilitating sound waves.
