The Morale Booster

Chuck Taine of Earth was a delivery boy when he was taking a shipment of an experimental concoction from one lab to another when he decided to take a long lunch and take in a Moopsball game.
At the game, Chuck got so distracted that instead of drinking his Kono Juice, he drank the experimental liquid instead, which caused his body to change into a round ball and he began to bounce uncontrollably out of the stadium.
After many, many tries, Chuck finally won Legion membership and was a member in good standing until he lost his powersThe extraordinary abilities that a characterAny sentient entity that appears in a comic book. After the second time, he professed his love for fellow Legionnaire Duo Damsel and the two of them married and left the Legion.
The couple then moved on to head the Legion Academy where they serve as co-headmasters and instructors teaching new generations of Legionnaires what it takes to become a Legionnaire.
Chuck was always considered the “morale officer” of the Legion, and unofficial post, in which his natural cheerful attitude helped to buoy spirits in tough times.
