Blok

The Rock Guardian…

Blok is a native of the world Dryad who spent most of their time in rock form.  When colonists came to Dryad and did not detect any life, they settled there while the Dryads watched them.  Convinced of the colonists good intentions to live in harmony the Dryads revealed themselves and they all cohabitated for a time peacefully.

Dryad suffered a tragedy when the planet was going to explode.  The Legion arrived and began evacuating those they could, while at the same time a clone of Tharok calling himself The Dark Man took five teenagers from Dryad, saving them from certain death and then convinced them that the Legion had caused their world’s death.

The five teens became the League of Super-Assassins, composed of Lazon, Mist Master, Neutrax, Silver Slasher, Titania, and Blok.   The Legion defeated the Super Assassins and Blok conformed shortly thereafter.  Blok went through training at the Legion Academy and was admitted to the Legion.  Blok is very close to Timber Wolf as far as friends go.

Powers

Energy Absorption – Blok can absorb most energies that are aimed at him including hard radiation.

Invulnerability – Blok is very durable and difficult to injure in combat.

Super Dense - Blok’s body is extremely dense. He is so heavy that it takes three Legion Flight Rings to lift him off the ground.

Super Strength – Blok is extremely strong.

Telepathy- Blok can communicate mentally with any other forms of silicon life.

Vulnerabilities

Blok is incredibly difficult to damage physically and has some mental defenses as well.

Naive – Blok can be very gullible and uneducated about human culture.

Slow Moving – Blok’s dense body structure forces him to move slower than normal, making him a moving road block for other members of the Legion and he frequently runs interference for other members of the Legion instead of being a front row fighter.

Skills

Legion Historian – In an effort to understand the Legion, Blok spends his off duty time observing old cases of the Legion, frequently making very pointed conclusions that none of the Legionnaires have ever bothered with making.

Equipment

Legion Flight Ring – All Legionnaires wear a ring which enables them to fly, communicate with each other across the distances of space, call for assistance, or locate other Legionnaires.  Blok has to wear three Legion flight rings to compensate for the density of his body.

Legion Transuit – A transparent spacesuit that activates automatically in the event of a vacuum.
